Come spring, the Yoshino and Weeping cherry trees can be found in full bloom along the edge of the Beisen Lake and its surrounding hills dyeing everything with the color of cherry blossoms. Also popular in the fall as a spot to see the autumn leaves, the lush green makes for an excellent place to relax that many people frequent. Around the lake there are different poems, tankas, and haikus carved into stone. All of this makes for an excellent place for jogging or walking.
