The Flowerbed Contest in Ube, which began as the Full of Flowers Campaign in 1958, and was held for the hundredth time in autumn, 2011. The Memorial Garden has been built to express memorialize the campaign. The garden is created and tended to by many citizens and it creates a soothing environment where seasonal flowers such as roses and herbs can be enjoyed.
