Here in Kozan Park, is Rurikoji Temple’s Five-Storied Pagoda, which is designated a National Treasure. It is considered one of the three greatest pagodas in Japan because of its beautiful appearance.You can enjoy the view of the pagoda throughout the year, such as surrounded by cherry blossoms in spring, new green leaves in early summer, colored leaves in autumn, and snow in winter. The reflection of the pagoda on the surface of the water also attracts visitors. Every evening a few hours after the sunset,the pagoda is lit up giving a mysterious appearance in the darkness.
